    Natalie LeClerc has accumulated a vast array of experience within the travel sector throughout her career. She currently serves as one of the senior executives with Red Carnation, a hotel group under The Travel Corporation umbrella, a global operation for which she has held management positions. The Red Carnation Hotel Collection chain has more than 13 luxury hotels under its brand. Locations span the globe from the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland, and South Africa. Her career includes more than 20 years of exposure to the ins and outs of travel, including experience in management positions at hotels, resorts and spas in Australia, Europe and Indonesia.

    Hailing from Sydney Austraila, Natalie Le Clerc spent time at the Traveland College to earn her travel diploma before joining the retail travel agency, Traveland. During her five years with Traveland as and International consultant, and also completing their management traineeship, she provided new promotion strategies for the company, kept the financial records, sold travel packages, coordinated customer service and handled contact with hotels and airlines. In 1996, she left her position at Traveland to join Club Med Lindeman Island in Australia, and later Club Med Farukolhufushi, in the Republic of Maldives, as transport manager. In these positions, which she held for two years, she was responsible for coordinating transportation for all clients to and from the resort. Following her time with Club Med, she became a stewardess for  a Mediterranean cruise company, Taipan Sailing Yacht, a luxury charter business. This time coincided with her also working as a bar and restaurant supervisor in the United Kingdom. These positions each required keen attention to customer care, inventory and stock control management.

    In 1999, Natalie Le Clerc joined Contiki as a tour leader, leading groups of 18 to 35 year olds around Europe. The tours were  expeditions that lasted from 10 to 46 days across nearly 20 countries. After 3 years in Europe, Natalie became involved in the new Contiki Resorts project, and held management positions in the Resort in Australia, and also Greece.  In 2005, she was then selected to be a key player in the development of a new Contiki resort business opportunity stationed in Indonesia, initially as assistant manager, and later as Resort General Manager. In 2008, she accepted the position of general manager of The Breezes Resort and Spa in Bali, launching her career with Red Carnation Hotels. As the general manager, her responsibilities included managing all operations and upkeep of the hotel, implementing procedures to promote and maintain profits and ensure optimum customer services for guests. Her operational responsibilities also included  overseeing her  executive team manage the various resort departments such as  security, entertainment, sales, marketing, food and beverage, rooms division and maintenance.

    When it was decided to rebrand The Breezes into a four-star resort, Natalie Le Clerc used her business skills and experience to lead the project, an estimated multi-million dollar undertaking. Under the rebranding, she was in charge of the complete overhaul, which included putting new design changes in place, and oversaw new room categories integrated. She also ensured all new implementations followed the local regulations and was in charge of hiring and training new staff. She was in charge of all aspects of  The Breezes before moving on to become the manager of Mountbatten Resorts Indonesia in 2010. In 2011, she received senior executive status with Red Carnation.
